PROJECT 360

One coordination point for a project with many pieces.

We define the goal, structure the deliverables, integrate the necessary competences and follow the project through to handover. The client keeps visibility, every party knows what they own.

When it makes sense

PROJECT 360 fits when a project combines technology, business processes, external providers, documentation, funding, communication or multi-country implementation and cannot be efficiently run through separate orders.

  • · Project with multiple providers and cross-dependencies
  • · Coordination between client, technical team and consultants
  • · Funding or external reporting component
  • · Implementation across countries or languages
  • · Client without internal capacity for day-to-day management
